I wasn’t super hungry for breakfast this morning but I wanted to get something healthy in my belly so I decided to throw some berries I had into the blender and voila! Fresh blueberries, blackberries about a 1/2 cup of cooked apples, 1/2 cup of low fat milk, a teaspoon honey and breakfast was done. This was one of the tastiest I have made in a while. Give it a try!
