Yes, I am a Virgo. And, by nature, we love to be organized and prepared. So I got a jump on dinner today and it is done! Green tea-Steamed Chicken with Mandarin Sauce. The recipe was taken from Sandra Lee’s Semi Homemade January/February Magazine. I’ll be happy to send out the recipe if you would like. I changed a couple things around, because I like to add my twist to things when I cook. I won’t add the sauce until dinner, and let my husband gauge how much he wants. Sweet sauces on his entrees is not his favorite, but this recipe looked interesting and so I decided to try it. I can’t wait for this evening. I hope y’all have a fabulous day! xo
