Crunch, salty kale is delicious and nutritious; that’s all I have to say! Grab a bunch from the produce section of your grocery store. Wash it and remove the tough green stems. Break apart the leaves into bite size pieces. Place them on a baking sheet, spray some olive oil and sprinkle a little salt. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. The leaves will turn dark and crunchy and be an amazing snack! Enjoy!
